The standard audiovisual set-up for the General and Concurrent Sessions includes:

1. Classroom style seating (18” tables with chairs)
   Some sessions may have a combination of classroom and theatre style seating.
2. Standing lectern on risers
3. Data Projector for PowerPoint presentations Screen(s) – (two for general sessions)
4. Laser pointer
5. One podium microphone; one wired lavaliere
6. Digital clock synchronized with other meeting room clocks to help you end on time.

The standard set-up for Master Classes:

1. Theatre style seating (rows of chairs) or classroom (tables with chairs).
2. Standing lectern
3. Data Projector for PowerPoint presentations (Presenter must provide own laptop computer)
4. One screen
5. Laser pointer
6. One podium microphone
7. Digital clock synchronized with other meeting room clocks to help you end on time.

Please bring your own laptop computer.
