Application Requirements
  • Only abstracts will be accepted for the proceedings. No full manuscripts.
    		•
  • All poster submissions will be reviewed by the AAV Conference Committee.
    		•
  • Proposals must be of previously unpublished material or literature reviews.
    		•
  • All proposals must be submitted on this form to be considered.
    		•
  • All poster abstracts received by the submission deadline date of April 16, 2010 will be included in the conference proceedings.
    		•
  • Abstracts must follow manuscript guidelines to be in proceedings. Instruction booklets will be given.
    		•
  • Six applicants will be chosen to receive $110 toward a 2010 conference registration. These applicants will be notified prior to the conference.
    		•
  • Applicants will receive information regarding details of poster construction once their abstracts have been received.
    		•

    AGREEMENT
    If the above proposal is accepted for the 2010 AAV Annual Conference & Expo, I agree:

    1. To design and provide a poster at the 2010 conference;
    2. To be available to answer poster questions on Monday, August 2, 2010 from 3:30-4:00 p.m. or Wednesday, August 4, 2010 from 12:00-12:30 p.m.;
    3. If I choose to be in the proceedings, I will provide a manuscript in accordance with the Guidelines and Instructions to Authors for the 2010 Proceedings;
    4. That the Conference Committees have the right to cancel my presentation and publication of my manuscript in the Proceedings if, upon medical review, my manuscript is determined to be unacceptable for any reason;
    5. To accept compensation according to the AAV Poster Compensation Plan; and
    6. That my signature below represents and warrants that I created and am the exclusive owner of all rights, title and interest in the Work proposed, including the copyright therefore, and that I have the full power and authority to enter into this Agreement.
