NOTE:  Lab Instructors and Master Class speakers will need to bring their own laptop.  All other presenters (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Thursday sessions) should download their presentation with the audio visual personnel on site between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the speaker ready room. Download your session the day before your talk. Speakers may get in contact with the AV crew through the registration desk or by emailing andre.jackson@comcast.net prior to the conference.

General and Concurrent Session Presenters (Session #100-380, 470, 475, 600-795) Master Class Presenters (Session ##500-570)

The standard audiovisual set-up for the Opening and Concurrent Sessions includes:

  1. Classroom style seating (18” tables with chairs)
    Some sessions may have a combination of classroom and theatre style seating.
  2. Standing lectern on risers
  3. Data Projector for PowerPoint presentations Screen(s) – (two for general sessions)
  4. Laser pointer
  5. One podium microphone
  6. Digital clock synchronized with other meeting room clocks to help you end on time.
Please see note above regarding session set up this year. Most sessions must be downloaded with the audio visual crew the night before your presentation.

The standard set-up for Master Classes:

  1. Theatre style seating (rows of chairs) or classroom (tables with chairs).
  2. Standing lectern
  3. Data Projector for PowerPoint presentations (Note: Presenter must provide own laptop computer)
  4. One screen
  5. Laser pointer
  6. One podium microphone
  7. Digital clock synchronized with other meeting room clocks to help you end on time.
