Aviculture Speakers, Lab Instructors, and Masterclass speakers need to bring their own laptop. All other presenters (Sunday, Monday, Thursday sessions) should download their presentation with the audio visual personnel on site between the hours of 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. in the speaker ready room. Speakers can get in contact with the AV crew through the registration desk or by emailing andre.jackson@comcast.net prior to the conference.
 

General and Concurrent Session Presenters (Session #001-440, and 700-985) Master Class Presenters (Session #600-660)
The standard audiovisual set-up for General and Concurrent Sessions includes:
  1. Classroom style seating (18" tables w/ chairs) Some sessions may have a combination of classroom and theatre style seating.
  2. Standing lectern on risers
  3. 3. Data Projector for PowerPoint presentations (Note: Presenter must provide own laptop computer) Presenters are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the session begins to hook your laptop into a switchbox to ensure smooth transitions between speakers.
  4. Screen(s) - (two for general sessions)
  5. Laser pointer
  6. One podium microphone, plus one lavaliere (lapel) microphone
  7. Digital clock synchronized with other meeting room clocks to help you end on time.
The standard set-up for Master Classes and Skill Sharpening Sessions includes:
  1. Theatre style seating (rows of chairs, no tables)
  2. Standing lectern
  3. Data Projector for PowerPoint presentations (Note: Presenter must provide own laptop computer) 
  4. One screen
  5. Laser pointer
  6. One podium microphone
  7. Digital clock synchronized with other meeting room clocks to help you end on time.
