Room rates at the Sheraton are $152 single/double. There is a $20 charge for each additional person per night (children under 18 are free). Mention you are with the AAV Conference when making your reservation to ensure you receive the discounted room rates. Based upon availability, the discounted rates apply three days before and after the conference dates for reservations made before July 27, 2012, so you may extend your stay and combine the conference with your family vacation. Please note: July 27th is the cut-off date to ensure availability and rates quoted, so make your reservation early. If space fills up as it has in past years, contact the Conference Office for alternate hotels.
Conference Hotel: A small portion of the discounted room rate paid to the conference hotel is rebated to AAV. This rebate is offered to AAV as an incentive for doing business with the hotel and helps defray conference expenses and keep registration fees low. Therefore, all parties benefit when you select the official conference hotel for your lodging.
