Be Prepared for Weather Changes— Dress in Layers
Since the temperatures may get high outside and sessions will be air conditioned inside, dressing in layers is strongly advised.

Students and Technicians—earn CASH at AAV
• AAV Lab assistantship positions are now open to both students and technicians. Those selected will be paid $100 after the conference.
• Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a first-registered, first-assigned basis.
• When applying for AAV lab assistantships, please register within the assistantship deadlines, and follow registration procedures, including payment, to assist. Complete details are available on the conference website: www.conferenceoffice.com/aav.

Press Passes
An approved publication’s representative may receive a press pass for one day of the conference. This entitles the representative to attend sessions for one day only without charge, excluding Practical Labs. Contact the Conference Office for prior approval (303-756-8380). Press passes do not include meal tickets.

Continuing Education
Continuing Education credits are recognized for all sessions except some evening programs. Calculated on an hour-for-hour basis, the breakdown is up to 6 hours for the Saturday Program; 7.5 for the Sunday Program; up to 18.5 hours for the Main Conference; up to 12 hours for Tuesday (AAV Practical Labs or special sessions.) By registering for the maximum number of courses, you can earn up to 44 hours of credit—this total may change prior to the conference if cancellations are made. Attention Diplomats: New this year! Each hour of ABVP-sponsored continuing education points earned will count for more points toward your re-certification. AAV and AEMV master classes (except the Business Management tract) are ABVP-sponsored! A continuing education form will be provided in your packet.

Services for People with Disabilities
If under the Americans with Disabilities Act you require specific aids or services during the conference, please check the appropriate box on the registration form or contact the Conference Office. Please allow adequate time for arrangements to be made.

AAV, AEMV Proceedings
All conference registrants will receive a copy of the Proceedings in book format. All members will also receive access to the Proceedings online after the conference. Additional books will be available for purchase at the Member Services desk at the conference. Members not attending may purchase the Proceedings book through the Publications Office after the conference.
